We are looking for an experienced Marketing Development Manager to oversee various products under the Bakhresa Group domain in Nacala, Mozambique. This highly motivated individual will oversee:

• Business development, focusing on growing stronger business relationships in a specific market
• Increasing revenue through both new and existing accounts.
• Discovering new leads and establishing connections with influencers and stakeholders, and boosting margins for existing accounts
• Use innovative strategies and tech-based resources such as market analysis and competitive research to better target their outreach and refine their messaging.
• Train and supervise other staff.

We will need to you have:

• Minimum 5 years’ Manufacturing/FMCG industry experience
• Degree in relevant field
• Preferred Portuguese speaker
