Mwanamke na Akiba event is the first of its kind to be held in Tanzania. The event aims to create awareness and educate women in various aspects of savings and related aspects. The event is designed to expose women to importance of saving, various forms and techniques of savings, strategic saving opportunities, risk management in saving and other issues.

The event will also shine light on creation of saveable surplus.
The event will be in form of exhibition with four sessions of presentations from prominent business leaders and successful elites. Participants will also have a chance to network with one another. The event shall take place on the February 19th – 21st, 2014 at Dar Live – Mbagala, Dar es Salaam.
